    Job Scopes:
    Responsible for all aspects of building organization and people capabilities in response to business challenges and job roles through execution of Learning & Development and OD programs as well as Talent Acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Design, implement and continuously improve learning and development programs/initiatives including, but not limited to, Competencies, Training Roadmap, Skills Matrix, Performance Management System, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Employee Engagement and OD tools.
    - Perform end-to-end training process (inhouse, outside) - from training needs identification, master training plan, development plan roll-out, stand-up training, records, and government reporting.
    - Conduct Workforce Planning to profile the forecast manpower demand, supply, capabilities, and budgeting. Design Organization Charts and compose Job Description.
    - Undertake recruitment process to fulfill staffing needs - through branding to attract, scouting, internal posting, screening, selection, up to probation handling.
    - In charge of internal staff movement (transfer, rotation).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree preferably HR, Industrial & Organization Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences also acceptable Minimum GPAX 3.00
    - Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development
    - Good English communication skills
    - Computer literacy, Microsoft Office applications, Infographics. Familiar with AI tools is advantaged
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
