Job Purpose and Scope of the Job
Responsible for achieving sustainable and profitable growth by developing, implementing and updating the sales and marketing related activities
Role and Responsibilities
Operation:
1. Developing and implementing long term sales strategy, growth Developing and implementing long term sales strategy, growth and margins targets with ensuring appropriate resources and processes are in place to meet the business objectives.
2. Developing marketing plan based on the set Annual sales target, profit margin and target growth.
3. Setting the annual operating plan for designated market in collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve target.
4. Encourage, supervise and provide leadership to team's members.
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. Co-lead, support, and execute consistent value-added customer interactions.
7. Other duties as management assigned.
Management
1. Manage work to achieve sales turn over as specified. Included in the sale budget
2. Promote and create corporate culture for be strong and support business growth in ASEAN market (Especially local market)
3. Communicate strategy and results and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
4. Co-lead, support, and execute consistent value-added customer interactions.
5. Educate team members
Reporting:
1. Follow up, measure performance and report to Sales General Manager / Sales director.
2. Prepare status reports and sales achieve rate for the Top management.

คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related
• Experience at least 10 years in film Packaging (Shrinkable film, Plastic)
• Knowledge and understanding of business and Company business competition
• Knowledge of the company's products and services
• Knowledge of financial and accounting systems, Company budget
• Positive attitude, Independent & Self-driven, service-minded, and result-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit
• Good command of English
• Have driving license
【Advantage】
• Experience in handling Export Sales will be an advantage, not necessaryความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
