  • Job Description

    • Strategy and Planning:
    - Manage budget and expenses for sales and marketing activities.
    - Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    - Plan and manage product and pricing for different customer segments.
    - Oversee wine product and inventory management, quality control, and sales forecasting.

    • Client Relationships and Sales:
    - Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including restaurants, retailers, and distributors.
    - Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients and partners.
    - Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

    • Market Research and Analysis:
    - Analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
    - Monitor and analyze sales performance data and propose future strategies.

    • Training and Development:
    - Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients and sales staff.
    - Develop promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
    - Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

    • Administration and Compliance:
    - Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.
    - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the wine industry.
    - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    - In-depth knowledge of wine varieties, production processes, and market dynamics.
    - Strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

    Other Requirements:
    - Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
    - Certification in wine education (e.g., WSET) (Optional).
