Job Description
HR/GA tasks : 70%
- HR activities such as salary/compensation/benefit calculation, payroll, hiring/termination, performance appraisal, tax and etc.
- Effective rollout of relevant projects and policies in South Asia, responsible for draft and updating document of company related policies/documents of SA regions.
- Keep and maintain employee information record/profile of South Asia.
- Keep work related record of employees, such as attendance, annual leave, travel.
- Responsible for supporting South Asia offices (TH, SG and MY), including daily supply, maintenance, and facility management.
- Responsible for organizing South Asia office activities (annual diner, outing and etc.) according to the requirements of headquarters.
- Communicate and manage vendors of office supporting.
- Help with flight/hotel booking and travel planning for staff business trips
Acounting tasks : 30%
- Responsible for managing Accounting tasks including Bangkok, Malaysia, Singapore branch
- Monthly office Payment review including payment voucher preparation and filling
- Accounting Entry input in SAP system
- Data input in online banking
- Responsible local taxation and reporting
- Coordinate with CPA firm for annual reporting
- Others Accounting related which assign by the Manager
Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics and other related.
- At least 5 - 10 years of GA/HR experience
- Have experience and knowledge in Accounting fields
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Experience working with overseas branches
- At least 3 years working in 1 company (not job hopper)
- Familiar with labor laws and regulations in South Asia (TH,SG,MY)
