Prepare Asset Damaged Reports for vehicles and fixed assets, as well as GA expense reports with analytical control.- Take charge of the company's security and emergency preparedness plans, and continuously enhance the safety and functionality of the company's facilities.- Develop and oversee budgets for general affairs and administrative functions.- Coordinate with other departments to organize events and activities.- Provide administrative and logistical support to departments as necessary to help achieve the company's strategic goals.- Experience in Facilities maintenance and upkeep from Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Furniture aspect of office facilities.
