  • Responsible for strategic planning, management, and oversight of marketing, sales, and service operations for the pump and water system business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in line with company policies and goals. Continuously improve and develop the pump and water system business to maximize customer satisfaction and increase sales and profits.
  1. Strategic planning and management of marketing, sales, and service operations for the pump and water system business.
  2. Survey and analyze market competition to refine policies and strategic plans. Develop both short-term and long-term marketing, sales, and service strategies.
  3. Organize marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure adequate operational capacity.
  4. Manage, control, and evaluate marketing, sales, and service performance to achieve company targets.
  5. Approve sales forecasts and order estimates for products and quality spare parts, ensuring sufficient supply while minimizing costs by coordinating with manufacturers or suppliers.
  6. Approve pricing standards and promotional projects for products, services, and spare parts in line with company policies.
  7. Approve the acquisition of new customers and establish guidelines for maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers to increase sales.
  8. Visit and negotiate with all target customer groups and business partners to achieve sales goals for products, services, and spare parts.
  9. Plan, prepare, and manage the annual budget for the Water Systems division to maximize benefits and achieve annual operational plan targets.
  10. Solve problems and provide guidance to the team to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
