    - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives for monomer products.
    - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
    - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, new market segments, and emerging trends in the monomer industry.
    - Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the monomer department, and monitor performance against targets.

    - Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, chemistry, or a related field is typically required.
    - Over 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience specifically in monomer sales is highly desirable.
    - In-depth knowledge of monomer products, their applications, production processes, and market dynamics is essential.
    - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals.
