    1.Market Research & Analysis:
    -Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities within the clinic and hospital segments.
    -Analyze trends, market needs, and competitive activities to shape the business strategy.

    2.Relationship Management:
    -Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in clinics and hospitals.
    -Work closely with these stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

    3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    -Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring new clients and expanding existing
    accounts within the clinic and hospital sectors.

    4.Revenue Growth:
    -Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
    -Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent revenue growth.

    5.Negotiation & Contract Management:
    -Lead negotiations and manage the contract process with clinics and hospitals.
    -Ensure that agreements meet the client’s needs and the company’s objectives.

    6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    -Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to ensure that
    the company’s offerings align with market needs and client expectations.

    7 Reporting & Documentation:
    -Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends,
    and any issues that may impact business objectives.
    - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on healthcare or
    pharmaceutical sector
    - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    - Can going Up country visit Customer ( Clinic , Hospital , OTC )
    - Have own car
