  1. Support Sales Operations
  Coordinate between the sales team and production department to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
  Verify the accuracy of sales-related documents, such as quotations and purchase orders.
  
  2. Prepare Reports and Analyze Sales Data
  Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  Analyze sales data to support management decision-making.
  
  3. Plan and Monitor Sales Activities
  Assist in setting sales targets and developing sales strategies with the team.
  Monitor progress and provide solutions to ensure targets are met.
  
  4. Manage and Strengthen Customer Relationships
  Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery, and service.
  
  5. Oversee Team Performance
  Provide guidance and support to subordinates within the section.
  Report team performance and challenges to the Sales Manager.
