    1. Strategic IT Planning and Implementation
    Define and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    Manage IT resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    2. System Upgrades and Customizations
    Oversee the development and enhancement of IT systems within the organization.
    Lead the upgrade of the company's ERP system from Syteline 9 to Syteline 10 to ensure smooth operations.

    3. Data Visualization and Business Problem Analysis
    Develop data visualization systems to support decision-making.
    Analyze business problems and limitations to identify improvement opportunities.

    4. Leadership and Team Coordination
    Provide guidance and support to the IT team.
    Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient system operations.

    5. Continuous Improvement
    Evaluate and enhance IT processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
    Identify and implement new technologies to enhance organizational competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
    - At least 10 years in TI, programmer and at least 4-5 years of experience in an IT Manager role.
    - Proven experience managing ERP systems, especially Syteline 9 and Syteline 10.
    - Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools and good ability to manage complex projects and teams.
    - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
    - Good command of English (spoken and written).
