  • Job Description

    1. Assist in the recruitment process, including collecting ER forms and JDs, job postings, screening, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling job interviews.
    2. Collect and ensure employee documents are updated, including prepare employee files.
    3. Assist the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
    4. Assist in the probation process and performance appraisal process, ensuring evaluations are completed on time.
    5. Manage and serve as the Admin for the HRIS and ESS systems, ensuring accurate and secure employee records
    6. Manage all employee benefits, including SSO, health insurance, provident funds, leave entitlements etc.
    7. Oversee time attendance and overtime data accuracy to prepare payroll.
    8. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly employee salaries
    9. Ensure compliance with labor laws related to compensation, tax deductions, and internal policies.
    10. Responsible for SSO, Workmen Compensation, Revenue Department, Student Loan, Legal Execution Department, Provident Fund, and other related parties, including both monthly and annual reports.
    11. Responsible for VISA and Work Permit applications, renewals, 90-day reports, and keeping track of valid and expiry dates.
    12. Promote a positive work environment and assist in the execution of engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
    13. Assist in identifying training needs, coordinate the implementation of professional development programs for employees, maintain training records, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    14. Prepare the reimbursement of department expenses and other HR admin tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. At least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
    3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    7. Ability to work under pressure, honesty, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility.
    8. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
    9. Ability to work independently and in a team.
    10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
