  • Job Description

    - Ensure effective recruitment and selection processes to hire suitable candidates aligned with company needs.
    - Identify and resolve minor HR issues within the organization, while providing solutions or recommendations for more complex problems.
    - Establish, propose, and manage HR systems such as team building initiatives and internal HR policies, ensuring smooth operations.
    - Oversee the implementation and management of employee performance evaluations, ensuring adherence to existing evaluation systems.
    - Manage the execution and process of the company’s performance appraisal system.
    - Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male or Female, age 28-34 years old (not fix)
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - At least 3 years of experience in HR with knowledge of a wide scope of HR functions
    - Someone who can find the internal problem and can suggest the solution by ownself
    - English Coomunicative level

    [Advantage]
    - Have working experience in the Digital Marketing or related industry
