  1.Supplier and Distribution Management:
  -Identify and engage new suppliers.
  -Align suppliers' distribution needs with company requirements.
  -Negotiate trading and credit terms for competitiveness.

  2.Assess and organize current suppliers within the category.
  -Develop strategic partnerships and action plans with key suppliers.
  -Onboard smaller suppliers and new sellers with the business development team.
  -Negotiate terms to maintain market competitiveness.
  
  3.Category Management:
  -Monitor category growth and margins.
  -Conduct market research for pricing and competitiveness.
  -Set selling prices in line with market and margin strategies.
  -Coordinate with trade marketing on the marketing calendar.
  -Work with purchasing on stocking strategies and update the drug database with the business development team.
  
  4.Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  -Work with marketing to align with the marketing calendar and strategies.
  -Coordinate with purchasing to ensure product availability and pricing.
  -Partner with business development to propose and establish strategic partnerships.
  
  5.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  -Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  -Prepare regular reports on category performance and present findings to senior management
