Job Description
1. Manage employee files: Responsible for the personnel file management of all employees;
2. Assess employees and manage the files of employees in the probation period: Responsible for the follow-up assessment of new employees during the probation period, the signing of promotion and salary increase and regularization contracts and the formation of corresponding file materials;
3. Collect and distribute questionnaires and analyze the survey results: Responsible for the distribution and collection of employee questionnaires, analysis and summary of survey results, and report the conclusions;
4. Pay employee salaries and handle abnormal issues and provide report materials: Responsible for the abnormal handling of employee salary payment and the follow-up investigation of salary policies, and provide corresponding reports and materials;
5. Recruit employee interviews and handle termination and introduction procedures: Assist the recruitment supervisor in interviewing employees, be responsible for the handling of registration and termination procedures, and receive and guide new employees;
6. Establish company system and training system process: Establish and improve the company's training system, training system and related processes;
7. Manage and build cultural carriers to create a cultural atmosphere: responsible for the construction and management of corporate cultural carriers, and make full use of various channels to create a corporate cultural atmosphere;
8. Make appointments, receive, and follow up recruits: make appointments for applicants, follow up and receive applicants;
9. Maintain and arrange customer activities and handle related business: maintain customer relationships, regularly arrange for customers to participate in company activities, update information for customers and handle business;

Qualifications
Requirement

- Male / Female, 33 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong experience in the HR and Admin
- Over 7 years in HR and Admin and the experience in new setup company is better.
- Have an experience in BOI, Tax and labor regulations.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a management level.
- Experience of setting budgeting/sales targets.
