  • Job Description

    1. Manage employee files: Responsible for the personnel file management of all employees;
    2. Assess employees and manage the files of employees in the probation period: Responsible for the follow-up assessment of new employees during the probation period, the signing of promotion and salary increase and regularization contracts and the formation of corresponding file materials;
    3. Collect and distribute questionnaires and analyze the survey results: Responsible for the distribution and collection of employee questionnaires, analysis and summary of survey results, and report the conclusions;

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male / Female, 33 - 45 years old
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Strong experience in the HR and Admin
    - Over 7 years in HR and Admin and the experience in new setup company is better.
    - Have an experience in BOI, Tax and labor regulations.
    - Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a management level.
    - Experience of setting budgeting/sales targets.
    - English: Business level
