    1. Manage overall HR functions
    - Staffing (recruitment & selection, hiring, onboarding process and employee lifecycle management)
    - Compensation (payroll (Payday program), merit increase, bonus payout, salary structure)
    - Employee Welfare & Benefits
    - Performance Management System (MBO)
    - HR Development
    - GA function
    2. Develop and implement Rule & regulations, HR policies & procedures.
    3. Handle labour & Legal issues.
    4. Collaborate on workforce planning, career planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
    5. Manage and implement the related Corporate Compliances.
    6. Support Management as assigned.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related filed
    - More than 7-8 years experience in Human Resources Function and management level more than 5 years
    ‐ Good command of English
    - Able to work on Saturday 3 times/month

    【Advantage】
    ‐ Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
    - Strong Leadership, Logical & Strategic Thinking and Problem-solving skills
    - Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    - Have command of English written and spoken
