  • 工作内容

    - Present the brand and products and arrange the demo and training to the customers.
    - Solve problems and meet the requirements of customers.
    - Offer, Negotiate and close the deal.
    - Make the sales strategy and annual / monthly sales plan
    - Give the coaching and assistance to the sales staff persons to achieve their budget
    - Guide and assist the sales staff persons to solve the problems and meet customer’s requirements.
    - Screen and conduct an interview for recruiting new staff.
    - Give products and sales training to the new sales staff persons.
    - Report the result, problem and solution related to sales, staff and customers.
    - Leads to create the sale materials such as the catalog or presentation.
    - Arrange and conduct the sales events as a workshop or seminar.
    - Check and provide the information, competitor information and market trend.
    - create the idea for promotion and advertisement.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Female, Thai nationality, age 32-45 years old
    - Bachelor degree or higher related to marketing or business.
    - More than 5 years experience as Sales in haircare product
    - More than 3 years experience as Sales Leader or Manager
    - Good command of English in writing and speaking
    - Skill of problem solving, idea creation, logical thinking, presentation and negotiation.
    - Passionate, patient, challenging and responsible.
    - Able to drive and have Driving License
