  - Give the coaching and assistance to the sales staff persons to achieve their budget
  - Guide and assist the sales staff persons to solve the problems and meet customer’s requirements.
  - Screen and conduct an interview for recruiting new staff.
  - Give products and sales training to the new sales staff persons.
  - Report the result, problem and solution related to sales, staff and customers.
  - Leads to create the sale materials such as the catalog or presentation.
  - Arrange and conduct the sales events as a workshop or seminar.
  - Check and provide the information, competitor information and market trend.
