-Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.

-Overseeing and evaluating the team's ongoing training efforts.

-Managing the budget of the customer support department.

应征条件
【Must】
-Prefer Male, Age 30 - 45 years old
-Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related fields.
-Have experience with IT or technician for 4 years or more and have management experience of not less than 4 years
-Can speak and read and write English.
-Knowledge of AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Collection) system
-Have own car
