    - Perform Installation, Maintenance and Relocation work. Environment check. Electricity/air supply check. Instructions to logistic. Electricity/air supply check. Accuracy check. Confirmation with customers. Placement of machine. Accuracy check. Closing.
    - Perform Old-model maintenance. Maintenance/relocation work for old-series machines.
    - Perform Troubleshooting. Check machine status. Find root cause. Bring machine condition in order.
    - Call Customer’s support (Inquiries and claims). General machine’s Q&A. Call support when machine is down.
    - Create necessary reports for service activities. Service Reports /Inspection Report to be written completely.
    - Find necessary Spare parts for service activities. Check inventory in Thailand. If not available, inquiry to part-center in Japan.
    - Other duties as Service Assistant Manager /Service Manager’s assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
    - At least 1 – 3 years' experience in Service Engineer or Maintenance in CMM or Roughness or Contour.
    - Yr(s) of Exp : At least 1 year Mechanical Design, Quality Control in our products or competitor (CMM, Roughness or contour)
    - Have a driver's license and able to travel upcountry in Thailand.
    - Have the basic MS-office knowledge.
    - Good command of written and spoken English.
