    [Purpose of Position]
    Oversees the overall operations of a company to achieve the company's sales, profit, and net profit. Manage the sales and service systems of subordinates. Develop plans for development and establish policies for operations. Summarize the performance and work execution of subordinates, including managing customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring outcomes. Control and approve budget allocations for all sales and service departments. Efficiently coordinate with relevant departments and units.

    - Develop operational improvement plans for sales and service departments to enhance operational efficiency in accordance with company policies, tailored to meet customer needs and market conditions. This is aimed at achieving the company's sales and profit targets.
    - Oversees the overall operations of a company to achieve the company's sales, profit, and net profit. Report to executive superiors.
    - Plan, control budget allocation, and manpower allocation to align with operational activities. This includes controlling budget expenditures and preparing summary reports for presentation to superiors.
    - Manage customer satisfaction by coordinating with major clients to present service details or address any issues that arise. Implement solutions and follow up to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
    - Communicate with other departments to establish strategies and methods to enhance operational efficiency, both within the company to achieve the objectives.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
    - Experience : At least 10 years in Sales and Marketing / After Sales functions
    - Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role
    - Experience at least 5-10 years of Sales in machinery industry or any related fields
    - Good command of English (Business Level)
    - Can drive a car with driving license

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in Construction Machinery / Excavator / Trucks products
    - Knowledge of budget management
    - Sales and After sales service experience or any construction business is a plus
    - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; a positive attitude, good planning, and decision-making skills
    - Good in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
    - Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
