    - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
    - Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
    - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    - Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    - Analysed Historical sell out data, and inventory Structure.
    - Understand product Flow in each season.
    - Provide forecast sales and Stock movement with a proper action plan if needed.\• Manage launching a new product
    - Inventory and shipment process.
    - Monitor campaign/product launch and shipment to ensure all pre-order have been pick on time.
    - Work closely with operation/merchandising for product delivery process status.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Economic
    - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service.
    - Experience working for Retail Business / Sporting Goods / Fashion / Electronic.
    - Good command in English
    - Prefer candidates with experience in sales in sports retail or fashion.
