  - In concert with the Head Of Sales, develop and gain approval Sales and business development plan
  in line with 3 Year Goals and Strategies and Plans for development and sales growth through domestic
  and international markets.
  - Build and establish new Branded sales opportunities internationally mainly in Asia regions.
  - Maintain strategic partnership with major customer and business partners; ensure delivery of high quality service and customer satisfaction.
  - Achieve sales objectives in terms of product, volume, and gross margin.
  - Research and analyze market information of responsible products to prepare market trends and sales plans.
  - Contact customers to get a better understanding of their needs.
  - Present product information, negotiate the price and close business deals.
  - Participate in the domestic and international trade shows in Asia to push sales of company’s products, and to get new business.
  - Prepare annual plan and budget.
  - Timely report business development plan, results and recommendations to Head of sales to best
  deliver performance.
  - Participate in monthly planning execution and operation team.
  - Coordinate with the product quality control team to improve and maintain the quality of the product
  as required by the customer, such as size, regulations and etc.
  - Check and follow up on customer bill payment status.
  - Participate in operation meeting and bring new ideas in NPD and meeting customers’ expectations
