    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Food Contact Material (FCM) market segments.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and increase FCM service revenue.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and build relationships.
    • Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
    • Create and maintain client databases and mail lists.
    • Analyses data, conducts research, create all related reports that enhance business and sales growth.
    • Other special project works assigned by supervisor.

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Chemistry Science or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of laboratory testing processes and industry regulations.
    • Experience in sales automation process and AI usage to innovate sales tasks
    • Ability in multitasks, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in Fast-Pace environment.
    • Strong Networking Skills.
    • User knowledge in MS Office, Salesforce and other relevant tools
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Pronounced (self-)organization skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
