รายละเอียด
- Take care of oversea clients and support internal salesperson / Managing Director / General Manager in term of import, export, sale related document and processes.
- Ensure that there are no problem interrupting the product delivery schedule as agreed with client or take immediate actions in order to minimize the impacts caused.
- Plan and manage stock accurately to ensure that there is no deadstock or product shortage in order to prevent order lost
- Prepare accurate proforma invoice, sales contracts, purchase orders and quotations according to the clients’ requests
- Coordinate with supplier in Japan to confirm ex-factory date and plan for shipment
- Plan and check shipping schedule on both sea and air freight to confirm estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA) with clients
- Actively keep clients updated about the order status if there is any unexpected issue such as production or shipment delay
- Prepare necessary export and import documents and share with freight forwarders and courier companies
- Work closely with freight forwarders and courier to complete custom clearance process and import/ export activities
- Prepare stock summary report on monthly basis and send to accounting department
- Manage the physical stock at company’s warehouses
- Perform stock audit with an external auditing company at year end
- Utilize ERP system
- Reply to oversea customers ‘call/inquiries (About products, checking stock, delivery date etc.) and solve customers’ problem.
- Communication with foreign customers. ( by email and phone)
- Hold regular meetings (online meeting) with main distributors and end users in oversea
- Task as needed

คุณสมบัติ
[Must]
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- English business level (writing/ reading/speaking/listening- intermediate level)
- At least 2 years of working experience in freight forwarder, logistic, oversea sales coordinator, oversea customer service
- Has knowledge of logistic process and Incoterms
[Advantage]
- Has experience working with shipping company, issuing import entry, documents
