Position Overview:The Business Analyst Specialist will support the SEA Regional Director by providing data analysis and reporting services, with a focus on sales and financial data. A key responsibility will be developing a solution for collecting and analyzing sales-out data from distributors. The role will also involve providing detailed insights into profit & loss trends, supporting business decisions, and improving internal data visibility across the region.Key Responsibilities:●Sales Data Administration and Collection:- Administer and manage sales data, ensuring accuracy in data collection, storage, and reporting.- Develop and implement a system for collecting and analyzing sales-out data from distributors across SEA.- Work closely with sales teams and distributors to ensure timely and accurate data submission.●Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, performance gaps, and business opportunities.- Use advanced Excel/Access skills to build detailed sales performance reports, P&L analysis, and dashboards.- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to generate insights that drive decision-making.●Profit & Loss (P&L) Visibility:- Provide detailed analysis on profit & loss data, offering insights into key business drivers, revenue performance, and cost structures.- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.- Present data insights that help the leadership team make informed decisions to optimize profitability.●Report Customization and Communication:- Customize reports for different functions (sales, finance, operations) to ensure that insights are clear, concise, and actionable.- Continuously improve report formats based on feedback from internal stakeholders to enhance clarity and impact.- Build presentations and summaries that highlight key findings, making complex data easily understandable for all audiences.●Project Development: Sales-Out Data Solution:- Lead the development and deployment of a solution to gather, store, and analyze sales-out data from SEA distributors.- Ensure that the solution is scalable, easy to use, and provides clear visibility into distributor sales performance.- Analyze this data to identify market trends, performance drivers, and areas for growth.●Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams to align data insights with broader business strategies.- Support cross-functional initiatives with relevant data, ensuring all teams have the necessary insights to optimize performance.
