  • Job Description

    ‐ Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the implementation and use of their products and support problem resolution.
    - Evaluate and verify new products and solutions and prepare appropriate proposals for customers.
    - Provide training on products and technologies to customers and in-house engineers.
    - Collect and share feedback: Collect feedback from customers and share it with the product development team and sales department to use it to improve products.
    - Other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Control Systems/Instrumentation/Automation or related fields.
    - At least 3 years experience as an electrical circuit or electronic device engineer (In particular Semiconductors)
    - English communication level or above for Internal communication

    【Advantage】
    - Having experience as a FAE (Field Application Engineer) or related fields
    ‐ Having working experience is Japanese company
