  o Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and carriers for booking space on vessels.
  o Confirm bookings and monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  o Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and export declarations.
  o Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer- specific requirements.
  o Communicate with customers to confirm shipment details and provide updates on shipping timelines.
  o Resolve any booking or shipment-related issues promptly.
  o Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and sea freight.
  o Maintain strong relationships with service providers for seamless operations.
