  • Job Description

    • Providing commercial support to the sales team. This includes the preparation of various reports ranging from stock forecasts and delivery reports to shipment overviews and sales results.
    • Coordinating with transporter, customers and sales team for delivery scheduling and offtake forecasting
    • Monitoring the final profit/loss result of completed customer deliveries.
    • Interfaces with other departments to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner, and to ensure cross-departmental communication runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
    • Sourcing new transporter and price negotiations
    • Checking and confirm payment for rental warehouse
    • Monthly report for main customers
    • Coordinate with shipping for clearing customs and transporter for delivery schedule of each project.
    • Providing discharge and monthly report of each project
    • Other assignments if any

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female Only
    - A bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics management or international trade
    - 3+ years of relevant working experience with proven records
    - Experience and ability to work in an international environment, with prior experience in an international trade and supply chain environment being a benefit
    - Eager to learn and acquire knowledge in view of longer-term career prospects
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – Thai
    - Experience in a chemical trading or logistics business is an advantage
