• Job Description

  -Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to support business teams.
  -Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing due diligence processes.
  -Managing litigations and arbitrations, interacting with external legal counsels, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
  -Identifying and mitigating legal risks, and leading intellectual property management (trademarks, patents, copyrights).
  -Liaising with regulatory authorities to secure approvals and licenses, and ensuring ongoing compliance.
  -Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  -Providing training on legal and compliance matters to internal stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  -Maintaining organized legal documentation and staying updated on industry trends and legal issues.
  -Obtaining necessary licenses (e.g., GDP, GSP, GPP) and ensuring post-license compliance.
  -Offering legal counsel on various topics such as labor law, partnerships, and corporate finance.
  -Collaborating with management and the Head of Legal and Compliance to devise and implement legal strategies.
