Job Description
- Oversee local and regional markets.
- Prepare sales budget and set up sales target.
- Set up the action plan based on the sales policy, and follow up on monthly basis.
- Coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally with the team.
- Monitor & Analyze sales data & make the progressive report to management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Monitor and coach subordinates.
- Follow up assignments by Managing Director.
Qualifications
Requirement
Must:
- Age 40-47 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting and Finance
- At least 15 years of experience in Tax Accounting and Finance, BOI, and at least 8 years in management position
- Experience in Management/cost accounting
- Knowledge of Tax & Financial Accounting and Finance (IFRS, Cash Management, Foreign exchange), Internal control (J-SOX), ERP program, and Transfer Pricing
- Experience in working with Japanese Company
- Able to communicate in EnglishEnglish Level
