    1. Advise top management on decision making and budget controlling based on accounting/finance data
    2. Lead and manage budget/Midterm plan under group global direction
    3. Oversee the accounting standards, finance, tax, and internal control (IFRS, Cash Pooling, Foreign exchange, Transfer Pricing, J-SOX requirements) are in compliance with group global direction and requirements
    4. Set up, review, and monitor target & KPI of accounting, finance, tax, and Management/cost accounting
    5. Managing and implementing closing procedures in accordance with accounting/tax rules 6. Managing and implementing Management/cost accounting
    7. Managing finance risks (AR/AP, Cash management, foreign exchange risk etc.)
    8. Keep improving the structure and operation in accounting/finance/tax/cost accounting
    9. Keep improving the structure and operation in fraud prevention system
    10. Coordinate with external financial institutions, Government office, and Financial Auditor (Revenue Office, BOI, DBD, KPMG)
    11. Act as the window person to communicate and report with group global companies

  • 応募条件

    Must:
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting and Finance
    - At least 15 years of experience in Tax Accounting and Finance, BOI, and at least 8 years in management position
    - Experience in Management/cost accounting
    - Knowledge of Tax & Financial Accounting and Finance (IFRS, Cash Management, Foreign exchange), Internal control (J-SOX), ERP program, and Transfer Pricing
    - Experience in working with Japanese Company
    - Able to communicate in English
