    • Instrument and advance control engineering relate for design, specification, installation and commissioning of a new equipment or modification with final acceptance equipment test run
    • Analyzing and solving machinery problems in normal and urgent situations/cases or on-call for continuous operation of machinery and control system
    • Complete corrective maintenance (CM) and predictive maintenance (PM) calibrating of all equipment also control system as PLC, DCS, SCADA.
    • Control and improve plant availability, reliability are above than 99%
    • Evaluating and presenting a monthly maintenance summary report for analysis and improvement about availability, reliability, performance and efficiency of machinery
    • Monitor and control maintenance cost versus plant KPIs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Only Male, Age 25-35 B.A in Instrument or Control
    • Minimum 3-5 year experience in field within the gas industrial, petrochemical or chemical industry with Instrument and Control maintenance knowledge.
    • Cost Reduction skills, Proficiency in analyzing mechanical systems and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Proficient in computer skills, Auto-cat, 3D, Microsoft project, PLC, DCS, Scada and analyzer
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Quality Management knowledge: ISO 9001 : 2015 ,ISO 14001 : 2015
