    - Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are followed
    - Prepare and manage audit documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
    - Collaborate with the Japanese headquarters to support production and quality management
    - Supervise and train factory staff, fostering a skilled and efficient team
    - Monitor inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation
    - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize factory operations
    - Other tasks as assigned by MD, Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - 5 years experience as a department manager in the Factory (Production Control Manager, Quality Control Manager, etc.)
    - English communication level or above
    - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
    - Leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development
