  • Job Description

    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies targeted at Chinese tourists, in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams.
    • Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators in the Chinese tourism space, considering factors such as audience demographics, reach, engagement, and alignment with client objectives.
    • Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaborations, and manage all aspects of influencer partnerships, including contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
    • Work closely with influencers to develop creative briefs and ensure content aligns with the brand’s messaging, values, and guidelines.
    • Monitor and track influencer content, ensuring it meets quality standards and resonates with the target audience.
    • Coordinate and facilitate influencer trips, events, and activations, ensuring a smooth collaboration process and optimal content creation opportunities.
    • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, providing ongoing support, feedback, and guidance to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to enhance campaign performance and innovation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage influencer content across different marketing channels, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
    • Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and prepare reports to measure the impact of influencer marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Manage the influencer marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
    • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, with a deep understanding of Chinese culture, language nuances, and social media trends.
    • Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the tourism or advertising industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Chinese social media platforms, such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and others.
    • Passion for travel and tourism, with a deep understanding of the needs, preferences, and behavior of Chinese tourists.
    • Ability to travel and work with influencers on-location during campaigns.
