• Job Description

  - Visit customers and confirm the requirement
  - Design, configure, and install IT infrastructure solutions (e.g. Window Server OS) that meet the requirements
  - Develop and implement network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
  - Create and manage storage solutions, server configurations, and virtualization platforms.
  - User change, Data migration (device update), Domain (AD) participation
  - Monitor and maintain network and server health, ensuring systems are reliable and perform optimally.
  - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues as they arise.
  - Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integrate cloud solutions with on-premises systems.
  - Implement best practices for cloud deployment and migration.
  - Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, configurations, processes, and procedures.
  - Generate reports on system health, network performance, and capacity planning.
  - Prepare documents related to the project
  - Answer inquiries from the customers about an IT system, which is used in a manufacturing company
  - Provide IT related training and explain to customers
