Cloud Solution for Carbon Emission Visualization
[Mission]
Launch of a CS department committed to solving essential issues for decarbonization while building ongoing relationships with customers
●Provide operational support onboarding (from introduction to establishment) for customers who newly introduce system, a SaaS for CO2 emissions visualization and decarbonization, to maximize service utilization and implement solutions to customer issues.
‐ Onboarding (introduction and establishment) support
- Planning and operational design of measures related to on-boarding and retention
- Support for building a business system
- Planning and execution of measures by utilizing usage data
- Study of measures to reduce churn rate
- Gathering customer requests for products
- Feedback on product development within the company
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree
- Good command of English (Business Level)
‐ Experience in calculation operations
- Working Experience (3+ years):
1. Working at consulting firm
2. Business planning or sales planning experience at corporate companies
3. Experience in the area of sustainability
【Advantage】
‐ Experience in Team Lead
- Customer success experience in a BtoB SaaS company
- Experience as an implementation consultant or IT consulting in an IT company
- Experience in strategy/measure planning and implementation in a business unit
- Working experience at Big 4
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Words / Power point)English Level
