  • Job Description

    -Evaluate and design the company’s compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plans
    -Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
    -Ensure salaries, benefits and contracts are in alignment with current legislation and will be competitive
    -Structure the compensation in a way that yields highest value for organization
    -Lead the payroll team with regards to monthly payroll calculations and issuing contracts for promotions and new hires
    -Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
    -Preparing budgets, reports support management and presentations
    -Update the existing SOPS to align with local regulations and global headquarters

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
    -3 - 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
    -Strong in HR data analytics and payroll
    -Has experience in team management.
    -Strong knowledge in Labour Law

    [Advantage]
    -Proficiency in MS Office skills in Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
    -Good command in English
