    - Administrative duties within the Solar Power System Customer Support Department.
    - Support for Japanese Managers: Assist Japanese managers with their tasks, including providing interpretation services.
    - Data Entry for Engineering Staff Activities: Record and input engineering staff activities in Japanese.
    - Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and provide customer support related to solar power systems.
    - Report Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting reports to the headquarters in Japan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    - Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the overall department.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Japanese N2 or N1
    - At least 3 years of experience as Japanese coordinator or customer support
    - Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
