• Job Description

  - Identify and develop new business opportunities for both air and sea freight services
  - Drive sales for air and sea freight services to expand our customer base
  - Actively hunt for new customer accounts across various industries
  - Conduct regular customer visits and provide service for both new and existing customers
  - Provide competitive quotes, explain transit times, routes, and rates, and follow up for feedback
  - Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely deliveries
  - Assist customers with freight documentation, ensuring customs compliance
  - Prepare and negotiate service proposals, focusing on delivering high-quality service
  - Attend to customer inquiries, sales leads, and complaints with professionalism
  - Support rate offerings and conditions for air and sea freight, including responses to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and other customer inquiries
  - Update the CRM system daily with customer visit records and sales progress
  - Prepare monthly sales and marketing activity reports
  - Other tasks as assigned by Manager
