  • Job Description

    - Interpret among Thai and Japanese in the office and clients location.
    - Manage documents relating to general affairs, accounting, BOI-ITC, Import Export.
    - Interpretation from Japanese to Thai for internal communications and meetings with external parties
    - Translation of documents from Thai to English and English to Thai / to Japanese
    Such as company announcement, accounting, legal documents, Product descripting (NG, Meeting)
    - Meeting Minute for Annual General Meeting and Annual Shareholder Meeting
    - Release Import Shipment through BOI – IC System
    - Payroll Calculation and Payment to all employee
    - Stock Monthly Report submit to Accounting Firm and Managing Director.
    - Weekend Car booking, Company Car Booking to visit client, Restaurant Booking, Purchase stationary.
    - Other assigned by Managing Director such as preparation of documents and materials in English

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher with Japanese major or related files.
    - At least 3 years of working experience as Japanese Interpreter, GA / HR, Sales Support in Trading Company /
    Factory and administration tasks
    - Good communication in Japanese (N3) or above and able to communicate in English
    - Good interpersonal and excellent communication skill
