  • Job Description

    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth.
    • Lead and manage the business development team to achieve revenue and expansion targets.
    • Actively hunt for new business opportunities and cold-call potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Work closely with the account management and campaign team to design and implement digital marketing initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Oversee contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
    • Prepare and present business development reports and strategic plans to the executive team.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in business development and/or sales, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
    • Experience in cross-border marketing is highly desirable.
    • Proven track record in the retail, FMCG sectors, or 4A marketing agencies.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive long-term growth initiatives.
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing high-value deals.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Thai citizens only.
