  Our main business is to act as an intermediary for renting, buying, selling, and investing in Japanese real estate for those who wish to study or work in Japan.
  Our other business includes buying, selling, leasing, and managing real estate in Thailand for Japanese expatriates and Japanese living in the country.

  【Job summary】
  - Provide consultation and information on real estate rentals in Japan based on client needs
  - Attend events (study abroad fairs) in Bangkok city (rarely in Chiang Mai) about 6 times a year to expand awareness of our services.
  - Search for and present Japanese real estate options to clients
  - Coordinate and verify information with Japanese real estate agencies
  - Assist clients throughout the transaction process (rental contract), including translating and explaining documents
  - Support clients during their stay in Japan
  - Develop sales strategies and increase sales
  - Organize seminars about renting real estate in Japan
