  -Support HR & GA (Such as; Visa & Work Permit, Phone Operator, Reservation Car, Hotel, Flight and Office Admin.)
  -Develop staff training and implement internal training programs.
  -Regular communication with all expats regarding their accommodation, and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions.
  -Administration supports such as hospital claim, Kids Education fee etc.
  -Providing support to expats when and as required.
  -Translate documents such as manual, email from Japanese ,Thai , English
  -Ensuring that the expat program is aligned with government policies and procedures.
