  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Ensure that all stores operate in accordance with the operating standards of procedures.
  • Set sales target and drive sales to ensure achieve target.
  • Evaluate sales trends and take appropriate action plan to close the sales gaps.
  • Evaluate local and domestic market trends, vendors and competitors constantly, ensuring the company’s operations remain competitive.
  • Develop/improve necessary process and systems to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse weekly/monthly reports and data on sales, controllable expenses and profit, and take necessary actions in the timely manner to ensure that each store operates profitably and maximises its resources.
  • Maximise employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible rostering to meet the business goals as well as customer expectations.
  • Train, coach, counsel and develop Area Manager and Store Management Team to achieve company standards and goals.
