    • Collaborate with supply chain teams for a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
    • Foster a culture of improvement by implementing lean principles for streamlined processes.
    • Manage manufacturing budgets to achieve financial targets.
    • Ensure all safety working environment by adhering to regulations and standards.
    • Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
    • Implement new technologies for enhanced capabilities.

资格

  • 应征条件

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field/MBA from oversea is preferable.
    • Extensive experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, Plastic injection and packaging business and related
    • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
    • Good English communication both writing and speaking and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills using data analysis.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve operational targets
    • Able to work at factory at Bangkuntien location
