Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate willbe responsible for driving sales growth, developing new accounts—particularly among Thai localcustomers—while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires aproactive approach to sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively withcolleagues to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:CORE FUNCTIONS: - Achieve and exceed sales targets by increasing total sales revenue. - Develop and establish new business relationships, focusing on Thai local customers. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to foster long-term partnerships. - Share sales experiences and collaborate with colleagues to deepen customer relationships.DETAILS OF FUNCTION:- Provide management with regular reports on sales activities, including customer visit reports and monthly summaries. - Maintain an updated pipeline of projects and customer interactions in the internal system.- Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities. - Gather competitor insights, analyze company strengths and weaknesses, and propose strategic improvements. - Recommend product, service, and policy changes based on market analysis and customer feedback. - Plan and conduct professional presentations for customers in collaboration with colleagues. - Address customer complaints by identifying problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management. - Work efficiently with internal teams including sales, logistics, customer service, accounting, general affairs, R&D, and QA to ensure seamless operations. - Accurately convey information to R&D and QA to request product samples and necessary documents. - Coordinate with colleagues to prepare supporting documents as per client requirements, such as product specifications and quality standard questionnaires. - Handle other sales-related tasks as assigned.
