【Job Duties】
A. Revenue and expenses
- Achieves sales target as per the company’s approved plan
- Lists new products into the hospital formulary as planned. Protects the existing brands from hospital’s deletion.
- Ensures in-field executions in line with the brand strategies and PReMA’s and the company’s code of business conduct.
- Allocates promotional budget to the teams, monitors and controls the spends.
- Coordinates and collaborates with our external stakeholders including DKSH to make sure the appropriate support provided, and monitors sales performance on a regular basis.
B. People selection and development
- Works with Human Resource personnel to recruit and select the right people onboard
- Demonstrates a leadership skill and be a role model for his/her subordinates
- Assesses the training and development needs of his/her subordinates in order to provide the necessary program either inhouse or outdoor to fill the development gap
- Periodically provides feedback to his/her subordinates for performance improvement and gives positive reinforcement for better work motivation
- In-field coaches his/her subordinates to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and be able to provide them a proper work guidance in line with brand strategies and objectives
- Closely monitor his/her subordinates’ performance to make sure their KPIs are met and follows up activities to maximize return on investment
C. Operation management
Develops “Plan of Action” in alignment of brand strategies and optimally allocates resources to fulfill the activity objectives
‐ Plans appropriate field trip with respective subordinates and coach him/her to ensure s/he is knowledgeable and capable of doing his/her assigned tasks
- Develops and strengthens relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders
- Continuously keeps relevant market intelligence up-to-date, analyzes territory sales against the market and competitors, identifies the areas of sales potential or improvement, and guides his/her subordinates towards sales achievement
- Regularly shares best practices and market intelligence with people concerned and across functional teams Makes an appropriate business decision to maximize return on investment, monitors and controls an allocated budget on a regular
basis
- Review approved customer list and competencies on a yearly basis
- Actively participates in the relevant meetings, openly expresses ideas with or give suggestions to the team
- Writes up a monthly report of market situation, sales achievement, sales-initiated activities, and competitor’s movement. Explains the deviation between monthly actual sales and target. Identifies the
issues and proposes the solution(s) to maximize the opportunities and/or minimize downside risks

คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related science
- Experience at least 15 years in area sales and have strong experience in sales management at least 3 years in medical/healthcare industry
- Good command in English both in oral and written (Business Level)
- Driving license and own a car
【Advantage】
- Master’s degree in business management is a plus
