    - Seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Jigs and Fixture Design Specialist.
    - Design, develop, order and commission efficient assembly jigs and fixtures to enhance productivity and ensure product quality.
    - Utilize CAD software, conduct testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly fixture processes, reduce cycle time, and improve overall quality and reliability.
    - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working and testing equipment, ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all team members.
    - Undertake and assist with duties as required by your manager.
    - Complete fixture design based on component datum and GD&T, to enable assembly of part in a production environment.
    - 3D model and 2D drawing of the highlighting critical dimensions and specifying appropriate materials.
    - Implementation of the jigs and fixture into production environment.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male/Female, age 30 years old up
    - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. Related education and work experience would also be considered.
    - Proven experience in designing jigs & fixtures for a production environment.
    - Fixture designs must fully accommodate datum systems and geometric tolerances of the components used.
    - The ability to read and interpret component drawings drawn to BS8888.
    - The ability to decipher datum equations from component level and utilize these in fixture design.
    - Thorough working knowledge of Auto Desk Inventor software is essential.
    - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and quality control standards
    - Strong working knowledge in material selection, finishes, surface treatment, heat treatment processes.
    - Ability to produce fully dimensioned 2D drawings to allow jig inspection upon receipt or by 3rd party.
    - Experience in conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments for fixture design.
    - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
    - Strong problem-solving and communication skills needed.
    - Good in English language
    - Autonomous working style
