    - Coordinate financial processes (month-end close, budgeting, investments, forecasting, cash flow).
    - Consolidate region’s reports and highlight action-driven KPI’s.
    - Recommended region’s key challenges.
    - Follow-up on regional and local action registers.
    - Support the development and implementation of standards and policies.
    - Enhance proper governance and compliance.
    - Drive regional meetings (Asia Executive meeting, Asia Investment Committee).
    - Develop and enhance central controlling and monitoring.
    - Interact with the regional Internal Audit team (based in Suzhou, China).

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Finance or Accounting.
    - Minimum of 5-8 years accounting and financial analyst experience.
    - Experience in cost accounting is a plus.
    - Pro-active, open-minded, results oriented, Hands-on person
    - Does not compromise on ethics.
    - Strong planning and analytical skills.
    - Fluent in English communication skill
