    - Set HR strategic plans to achieve the goals of the team and the company. and presenting management policies and setting management strategies. Human resources work (HRM and HRD)
    - Plan manpower and recruitment and selecting manpower to ensure continuous work throughout the system
    - Prepare an annual assessment of KPIs, Competency, Corporate Culture.
    - Develop employees throughout the organization in line with the company's strategy and vision.
    - Training, survey Training Need, prepare annual training plan, schedule training and conduct training according to the specified plan. and evaluate training results
    - Welfare management Allocate employee welfare Plan and organize activities to build good relationships in the organization.
    - Control labor union and solve any conflicts between them and company
    - Overall managing HR team and control tasks such as recruitment, payroll, HR development and etc
    - Other related tasks as needed

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male/ Female, Age between 35-48 years old
    - At least 5 years experience in HR Management Level
    - Must communicate in English or Japanese
    - Experience in HRM&HRD, Labor union (Important)
    - Experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry (Knowledge of ISO/IATF)
    - Problem solving skills, is calm, and meticulous.
    - Good communication skills
    - Knowledge of KPI & Competency or various quality systems
